Extensive expertise in translating business vision into concrete measurable outputs by partnering with teams and executives to design and implement initiatives to drive organisational goals.

Proven ability to lead multi-faceted, multinational teams to deliver on transformation strategies and initiatives for organisational effectiveness across Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Develops close long-term relationships with business leaders and proactively Identifies opportunities, including cost-saving opportunities and company acquisitions and which deliver measurable results, and a strong ability to foster stakeholder relations, including with Sovereign States, Donors and partners.

Eva prides herself as a lover of African cultures, languages, people and all forms of African art, ranging from visual arts, music, design and traditional fabrics. She is an amateur collector of African art from various countries and is an advocate for the promotion of Africans collectors.
