AWIEF has arranged discounted flight and accommodation rates for AWIEF2023 delegates travelling to Kigali, Rwanda, for our conference.

RwandAir, the Official Airline Partner for AWIEF2023, is offering delegates a 15% discount on air tickets. 

Please note that citizens of African Union, Commonwealth and La Francophonie member countries will obtain a 30-day free visa on arrival. All other visitors will get a visa upon arrival, at a fee.
