Refund policy for AWIEF2024 delegate tickets

  • All cancelled tickets will incur both cancellation charges and processing charges.
  • Tickets can be cancelled by writing to us at info@awieforum.org
  • All cancellations will receive their registration fees, minus 15% processing charges, back upon cancellation until 31 October 2024.
  • Refunds will not be given to registrants who do not attend without cancelling in advance (no-shows) or cancelling after 31 October 2024.
  • In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, AWIEF will refund the registration fees, minus 15% processing charges, for all attendees who have paid their registration fees. AWIEF will make every effort to immediately notify registrants of the cancellation.

Note: If the refund is applied to your credit card, your bank may take up to 14 – 21 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Refund policy for AWIEF2024 exhibition bookings

  • Notice of cancellation must be received by the Conference Organisers in writing. 
  • Cancellations received by 31 July 2024 will receive a full refund, less a 15% handling fee on the full value committed. 
  • Cancellations received after 31 August 2024 will be liable for the full value committed. 
  • AWIEF is not liable for any payments made by an exhibitor to the exhibition booth builder for additional fixtures or signage.
  • No-shows will be liable for full payment.
