Mamadou Biteye

Mamadou Biteye is an agricultural economist and development expert, joined the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) from VISA, where he served as Vice President and Global Head of Inclusive Growth and, before that, as Regional Head of Social Impact for the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa Region. Prior to joining the Rockefeller Foundation, Mamadou served as Oxfam’s Regional Director for West Africa. He currently serves as the Executive Secretary at ACBF and is dedicated to enhancing human and institutional capacities for sustainable development in Africa.
