Program Description
LeadTech is an intensive 6-month incubation program dedicated to early stage women-owned or women-led tech start-ups. Based on a competition model, the program aims to nurture and provide a supportive environment for women entrepreneurs to grow their businesses while acquiring solid technical and leadership skills.
The goal of the program is to strengthen African women presence in the technology sector by supporting, promising and innovative tech startups.
Sharing the belief that entrepreneurship and women’s leadership are key drivers in transforming Africa, the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) through its entity P-Curiosity Lab, in partnership with AWIEF, will support 15 African young female entrepreneurs as part of the 2020 LeadTech cohort.
Selected from different African countries, the participants will have the opportunity to learn from an academic environment surrounded by a mature corporate ecosystem composed of industry leaders for their guidance.

Eligibility criteria
This program is open to early stage female digital startup leaders who are 18 years of age or older and residing in any African country. You have an innovative, scalable offer that integrates digital technologies into the process. You are passionate, committed, and have the capacity to engage fully in the program.
