All cancelled paid exhibition bookings will incur both cancellation and processing charges. Paid exhibition bookings may only be cancelled in writing. Send us an email to: info@awieforum.org Paid exhibition bookings may not be cancelled after 31 July 2024. Refund for cancellations received before 31 July 2024 will be processed less 30% cancellation and processing charges. No refund will be made for cancellations after 31 July 2024. AWIEF is not liable for any payments made by an exhibitor to the exhibition booth builder for additional furniture, fixtures and signage.
